Volunteering Matchmakers
C4 was born from a beautiful friendship—between two incredible therapy dogs, Chance and Clooney, and their equally amazing humans. The pups met while doing therapy work at a children’s camp, instantly bonding over their shared mission to spread joy and healing. Their moms connected just as quickly and decided to turn their shared passion into a nonprofit that could make a lasting difference in communities everywhere.
Today, C4 is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting kind hearts with community needs. Whether it’s delivering meals, helping neighbors with job training, or just showing up with a smile (and maybe a tail wag), we match volunteers with opportunities that matter. We’re proud to call ourselves volunteering matchmakers—bringing people and purpose together.

Chance was more than a therapy dog—he was a gentle soul with a tireless drive to make the world a little better, one paw at a time. He visited hospitals, camps, schools, and more, leaving behind paw prints on the hearts of thousands.

Clooney brought energy, laughter, and that unforgettable howl to every visit. A natural entertainer with a heart of gold, he reminded us that joy is a gift worth sharing.
